TRAINING

Our approach to training clients on their applications is simple. Deliver effective and efficient training in an environment conducive to our clients’ needs. We can develop a plan utilizing formal training room education, on-site instruction, and vendor/third party sessions.

The ANC training room is located in our new facility in Centerville – a suburb south of Dayton. We can accommodate up to 6 students comfortably. Students will use Pentium PCs while following the instructor’s keystrokes and mouse clicks projected on a screen in front. Our presentation style is geared to ensuring that the students gain an appropriate competency level to be productive when they return to their organization.

We are committed to offering a comprehensive training plan enabling our clients to utilize their new system quickly. In the future we will be adding classes that compliment and/or enhance our software including database administration, internal help desk, network administrator, custom report design, forms generation and SQL Server. As your system education requirements change, we will be ready to deliver the training to meet your needs.
